Fees & Taxes
Cleaning Fee: $1,250 per stay
A one-time fee covers professional cleaning and preparation of Valhalla St John before and after your stay.
12.5% USVI Hotel Room Occupancy Tax
Required by the US Virgin Islands on all short-term rentals. This tax applies regardless of how you book — direct, VRBO, or Airbnb.
Minimum Stay
Holiday weeks require a 7-night minimum. All other seasons require a 5-night minimum stay at Valhalla St John.
