This is the menu of what's possible during a stay at Valhalla. We don't sell experiences à la carte — every group is different, every chef has a different menu, every boat day starts somewhere different. What we do is connect you with the right vendors and coordinate the schedule so the trip runs itself. Anysia and the concierge team handle the booking, payment, and logistics. Pricing varies by vendor, group size, and season; we'll send specifics once we know what you're after.

On and Around the Water

St. John is a sailor's island. Boat charters depart from the north shore and run to Jost Van Dyke, the Soggy Dollar, Sandy Spit, Norman Island, and the Indians — full days or half days depending on the group. Calmer mornings are for guided snorkeling on the reefs at Waterlemon Cay and Maho. Sport fishing charters run year-round for mahi, tuna, and wahoo. SUPs and kayaks are available by the week for Cinnamon Bay mornings.

Dining at the Villa

The kitchen at Valhalla is built for entertaining — Viking refrigeration, a Signature Kitchen Suite range with induction and sous vide, and a covered outdoor dining area for ten overlooking Cinnamon Bay. Private chefs handle everything from one signature dinner to multiple courses across the week. Provisioning is handled by the on-site team so the pantry, bar, and fridge are stocked the moment you arrive.

The pool deck at Valhalla is its own retreat — flat morning water, panoramic view, and quiet enough for an in-villa massage or a private yoga session before the day begins.

Exploring St. John

Two-thirds of St. John is national park. The island rewards visitors who get out and walk it — to beaches you have to hike to, ruins from the sugar plantation era, and overlooks where the only sound is the trade wind. The villa team arranges the people who know the island best.

Scott and Anysia perform together as Chasing Hues — a live music duo with nearly a decade of shows on St. John. Valhalla guests can book Chasing Hues for a private two-hour show on the pool deck with a customized set list. The villa team also handles milestone celebrations, anniversary dinners, and welcome amenities — from the cake to the table setting.
